SOHO, NY

10 GREENE STREET

MIXED-USE REDEVELOPMENT

10 Greene Street is a 14,000 SF mixed-use building located in the SoHo Cast Iron Historic District. The property’s ground floor previously served as a home for prominent tenants such as Acne and Opening Ceremony. The building is currently vacant and undergoing gut renovation to high end residential condominiums over ground floor retail. Originally constructed in 1869, the property epitomizes the original charm and character of SoHo.

Javeri Capital is currently undertaking a comprehensive redevelopment of 10 Greene Street to convert this SoHo jewel to a first class residential and retail asset.  The scope of the renovation is exhaustive and includes construction of a two level penthouse addition, relocation of the building core, significant excavation, installation of brand new building infrastructure, and a comprehensive facade restoration.  The project's entitlements required securing multiple discretionary approvals from city agencies, including the Landmarks Preservation Commission and the Department of City Planning (ULURP), as well as various public elected officials.
